Kuih Jala

Every 1st of June is Gawai Festival in Sarawak. Today i went "ngabang" with my parents to my house maid's house. Had been quite a few years didnt see her. Haha, she already has 2 little boys. We had a nice time chatting together... Before we left she gave us a packet of Kuih Jala. A type of tradisional kuih which i love the most~

两粒50仙换来的东东

这个是有一次我在石文然点逛逛时看到鸡蛋机，手痒就转转换来的东西。

哈哈，其实还蛮满意的，得到的都是激励的话。看了心情都好了起来。

M&M

认识我的人都知道，我是个喜爱吃甜食的人。糖、巧克力、冰淇淋、甜水都是我的最爱。
试问谁不知道M&M的巧克力很好的啊？我呢，就是没有吃过这个。
哈哈，可笑吧？这么喜欢吃巧克力却没吃过M&M的巧克力。我这个人就是有点奇怪，爱吃巧克力的人都会喜欢吃有豆的。偏偏我就是不喜欢。可是单单吃没加东西的巧克力却又有点单调 （唉，真是嘴叼。。。）
所以啊，我最喜欢吃的就是这款的。。。
小时候 吃的是八字形卖20仙的，那个我不知吃了多少啊～
后来长大后就吃本地NIPS的。。。这个就不太喜欢，它里面的巧克力不是很好吃。
再近来在大强走走时看到了这个有折扣，所以一口气买了三包来吃。这个超赞的^^
你一定会心想为何到现在才买这个来吃，原因是M&M的太贵了啊。。。小小包没两下就被我吃完了都要卖RM3++。。。
哈哈，现在出社会工作了，偶尔可以买买一些来奖赏自己～

西餐

听到、看到西餐这两个字，你会联想到什么呢？

哈哈，在宿舍闷闷之余，我们竟然自己煮西餐来吃哦～

或许很多人都会认为很难、很麻烦，不过其实过程还蛮容易的。

首先，准备你要的材料。。。
然后把菜洗干净后再切片。。。

同时也把鱼肉、鸡肉、热狗腌制。。。

一切材料都准备好后，就把菜烫熟，水里放少许的食油
会让你烫出来的菜增添菜色

之后就把肉放进锅里炸。。。

炸了就摆放好在各个盘子里。。。

最后，把煮好的黑胡椒酱倒在肉上，那么就可享用
那美味自制的西餐咯～

大公告成了! 我们三人吃得好饱，好有满足感～

冬至～

哈哈，每逢冬至我最开心了！为什么呢？
认识我的朋友都会知道，我超级爱吃汤圆！ 还有另外一个原因就是我爸爸生日～
小的时候，一年只吃一次汤圆，就是在冬至时吃。
在还未准备午餐时，妈妈就会买好已经弄成一团一团的糯米粉了，这样很方便，不用自己把糯米粉和水搅拌并弄成一团一团的，直接从袋子里拿出来就可以搓汤圆了。而那一团一团的就只有在冬至时期才有得买，所以一年就只吃一次汤圆而已！
可是长大后在西马读书时，还好遇上了我的室友。原来她也一样很爱吃汤圆。不知第一次我们一起吃的时候是几时了。那时我还天真的说我很爱吃汤圆，可是只能一年吃那么的一次而已。她就告诉我说你几时要吃都可以啊！去买粉搓一搓就好啦～ 哈哈，我还应她说一年只卖一次而已也！她听了应该是头顶上出三条线吧！后来，她去买了粉，我们就这样一起吃了～哈哈，我们俩还很可以吃的。半包的粉两个人吃得完～

今年的冬至呢，依然是在家里渡过。 哈哈，可是今年的汤圆与之前的较为不一样。从最“原始” 的红白汤圆变成了五色的～哈哈～ 吃时超级开心的！

首先把不同颜色的汤圆搓好了个别放在盘子里

把锅热了，放pandan叶会很香

再用另一个锅煮好糖水，同样的也是放pandan叶

准备好另一个大碗盛满冷开水

把全部的汤圆一起倒入煮沸的水里

看！一粒粒的汤圆浮起来了！这代表它们熟了。

把煮熟了的汤圆放进刚才准备好的冷开水，这样
汤圆就会QQ的哦～ 而且糖水也不会糊糊的

弄好了就可以把汤圆拿起，筛掉冷开水，
然后用勺子从锅里拿煮好的糖水就有好吃的汤圆了～
看～ 这是五色的汤圆！

My first accessories

Few days ago i had bought an accessory. Haha. I think this is the first in my life bought this kind of thing. Had been wanted one for quite sometime but cant see any which satisfy me. Then when i went to a boutique hunting for clothes but then i "accidentally" came across with this.



As you can see from the pictures, the necklace is 2 in 1 set. It can be separate into 2 different necklaces and you can use it for bracelet too... And the flower is nice where you can pin to the clothes which you want to. Now i start to like to see this kind of accessories, i think i had really transform a lot. Hahaha. For those who knows me for a very long time i think you'll know.

Nasi Lemak

This morning had this for my breakfast. Hehe. The nasi lemak is not bad but it is RM1.50 one packet! This is so expensive! When i eat this, it reminds me of the bus stop's nasi lemak before back gate of IPIK. Haha, i use to buy that always and 1 packet only RM1.00. Usually i would buy 2 packets because i need to eat a lot. haha. The sambal was very nice, not too spicy or not spicy, taste sweet and salty. Although the amount is very little but if you eat 2 packets are more than enough.

Well, currently teaching in SJK(C) Sebangan i would still eat this sometimes. I would ask the clerk of my school to help me buy 2 packets too whenever i want to have this for breakfast. Haha, then this time, the nasi lemak in Sebuyau is even cheaper, which is RM0.50 per packet. So i wonder, how much is the real cost for a packet of nasi lemak? It must be fewty cents only and those people who sells nasi lemak can also get rich.

爱的礼物～ Gift of Love...

Last night went to Majestic Riverside Hotel to attend a Charity Christmas Concert entitled the Gift of Love. It was held by The Kuching Church Music Association to raise fund for Social Welfare Council of Sarawak to help those people who has special needs.

I went there early because Lucas had his choir practice at 6pm... therefore i found a good seat, which was the second row after the RM50 ticket's seat. Sit down and listen to the voice of choir... i felt calm...

It had a amazing beginning where the KCMA's choir presented a Christmas song and then followed by the choir of youth and children. Suddenly there were angels coming in from the back, side and middle of the hall... They danced gracefully to the stage in front... And they went down again to the back... Just when i thought the song was finished, suddenly all the angels coming in again throwing sweets to every audience. What a shock! Everyone was busy grabbing the sweets from the chair and floor. This made the children happy!

After that there were some songs too from Methodist Church combine with other churches... Then all the audience sang 4 Christmas songs... This part touches me a lot where i can feel that everyone in the hall is praising our Lord together! The voice of God's children was so sweet and pleaseful~ I closed my eyes as if I'm in the heaven where all the diciples singing the hymns. By that time, no more tears but only rejoice in everyone's heart.

After that there was a short sermont from Reverend. The message was presented in a humor way. It was simple yet meaningful. The gift of love... Have you ever receive the gift of life? It is free and meant specially for everyone of you. Others cant open and receive the gift for you. Although the gift is the best for you, but if you do not want it, then how can you receive it? It is just the same as if one day a friend gives you a sweet that you never eat before, telling you this is the new sweet release by xxx company, if you do not take out your hand to get and open up to eat it, you will not know the amazing taste of that sweet. So my fellow friends, if you open up your heart and receive the gift of life which designed for you, i'm sure you'll truly understand the meaning of Christmas!

The concert ended with a grand song-- You raise me up by the choir of KCMA + children choir while the youth presented a dance when the choir sang！The song was so touching and the fund raised that night are RM150,000.

We're given a little gift before we left the hall that night..

Rapunzel

Went to watch this movie today, watched the 3D version. This is my first time watching 3D for cartoons. The storyline and the graphic is nice and beautiful. The story tells about the long-haired Princess Rapunzel has spent her entire life in a tower, but when she falls in love with a bandit who was passing by she must venture into the outside world for the first time to find him.

This is a sweet, humor and touching story... do go and watch.
